It's not the age but the Godly Wisdom that only comes for God and His Word, and of course Lessons learned from mistakes, that make your Mature! When you know WHO you are, WHOSE you are and WHAT He Breathed inside of you to bless the world - this will help you mature richly!

Ck out my Best-seller that is Life changing and helps you Become WHOLE in your life. This is soooooo crucial because if you don't become WHOLE before marrying, it will cause you to be desperate and needy. This is a major problem also because of "low self-esteem".

I think maturity more than age makes you an adult. I personally know people that are in their 50's that act like they are pre-teen. I am talking about their decision making capabilities.
As you mature, I believe, you should make better decisions, more sound decisions, coming from lessons learned. Not just lessons you personally experienced but lessons learned from others around you, what you have read, and heard about.
I think the age element of this question applies to your being physically grown and legal. Being an adult comes with responsibility! Deciding to do what is right or in the best interest of all parties involved instead of what is easier or quicker or because it is all about me is being an adult, a mature adult!
I welcome any rebuttals on my opinion. We are never to old to learn and maybe your opinion has merit that I have not thought about.

Well, it has to be age from the perspective of some children mature before age adulthood, but they are legally still children. However, there are many adults who are immature, but we can't call them children.

You are an adult when u can make wise decisions about your life and stand on your own two feet. Maturity does play a role in being an adult

I agree with the other commentors... adulthood comes with age but maturity matters the most.

Adulthood, maturity, and age are descriptives used on a level, based on society's observations as being a classification. All of which is based on earth time. The progammed mind places these (among other things) into categories that we have come to accept as being. When actually we are timeless and have to develope self identification.

I think, my maturity is the most important thing that will consider whether I am already an adult or yet.

I also think that along with maturity, experiences and learning from them make us an adult. There are many of us regardless of age that are clueless when it comes to the experiences God places in our lives and we're actually suppose to learn something. I look to learn something daily about life, inside and out because life is about growth! I feel like I've been an adult since the age of 16 and yes, my soul is old...real old! God bless ladies!
